At UT Austin Boot Camps, supporting our students is our top priority. That’s why we make ourselves available to students through various avenues like virtual office hours, email, phone and a dedicated #Slack channel, so you can get on-demand help from instructors, your fellow students and support staff whenever you need it.

Student Success

To help you along the intensive boot camp journey of learning to code, analyze data, design user interfaces and user experiences, or diving into cybersecurity students have an on-site Student Success Manager. SSM’s provide support with pre-launch preparation, instructor management, onboarding and classroom coordination. In addition, students have access to a free tutoring network and communication channels to reach out to instructors and TAs as needed.

Feedback »

Your feedback is crucial as we constantly work to make the student experience the best it can be. That is why we have instated several feedback loops to hear from students throughout the program. Surveys are administered to capture student goals, backgrounds, program feedback and demographics, and weekly feedback forms help us make changes in real-time.

Communication »

We use #Slack to keep in touch regularly because when you’re navigating a challenging boot camp, communication is more important than ever. #Slack is a communication tool that allows students to chat with their instructors, one another and their Student Success Manager.

Quality Assurance »

We use advanced technologies to make sure that our instructors are providing students with an optimal learning experience. Classes are recorded and audited for quality control and data analysis. This gives our academic team the ability to provide real-time oversight of the curriculum delivery, as well as constructive feedback to our stellar team of instructors.
